Use:
Apply a thin layer on cleaned skin by gently massaging the product onto your skin using circular movements. Leave on for 3–7 minutes depending on skin type – shorter for sensitive skin. Rinse thoroughly. Use 1–2 times a week, or when needed. Wear sunscreen during the day.
