The only thing that actually works!
This is the only primer that keeps my eyeshadow where I put it, despite my incredibly oily eyelids! Others that have been recommended on social media and so on haven't come close. You only need a really small amount, a 0.5-1 grain of rice in size is enough for both eyelids! Let it melt between 2 fingertips and then pat/dab it over the eyelids. Super dry!
Was very hyped to try this, but was incredibly disappointed! The primer is super dry and doesn't blend at all over the eyelid, it just becomes clumpy instead. Looks a bit like you've "built hills" over the eyelids. Max a grain of rice is enough for both eyes!
