Use:
Apply Cool Blonde Conditioner to the lengths of the hair and leave on for about 2-3 minutes. Note: For extremely damaged or over-processed hair, Cool Blonde Conditioner might result in a cooler hair shade than anticipated. Feel free to experiment with a shorter application time (rinse out immediately), and then gradually extend the application time up to 2-3 minutes if desired. Tip!
