This together with my skincare routine?
Hi everyone at Lyko! I am currently exploring and expanding my skincare routine and have heard that I should add this to my routine! I am currently using TO Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%, then TO Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 and finishing with SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule. How could this be applied in my routine or would it be redundant? If it is still recommended, when/where in my routine would it fit? Good part of the skincare routine
I bought the product about two months ago and have been using it regularly since then. Honestly, I haven't noticed much of a change in my skin. Recently, however, small blemishes and excess oil have started to decrease a bit. This is not a miracle cure, though. I might have expected more from the product, and that's why I'm a bit disappointed with the outcome. I still don't judge the product, as it seems to work just as promised. Salicylic Acid and Other Acids Together
Hi! My skin is prone to hormonal acne. I've had to resort to medication a few times. But now I've found Hyaluronic Acid and most recently Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% serums. My skin's condition has already improved significantly! I still have some small bumps under the skin, and acne-typical pimples pop up now and then, especially along the jawline and occasionally on the cheeks. So I would like to try this product as well. How is it good to use with the aforementioned acids? I would guess that salicylic acid is used in the evenings, but can other acids be used at the same time? Or just toner + salicylic acid + cream / facial oil. How many times a week is it good to use this? I also have a toner that contains AHA acid, which I've used a couple of times a week? Alternatively, you can also use it on different days with AHA, but make sure that the skin also gets some "rest" in between. The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Solution is formulated for all skin types, including those prone to congestion and blemishes. This light formula removes dead skin cells that can contribute to clogged pores, providing skin clarity with continued use over time.
Use:
Apply once daily in the evening. Apply a small dot to the target area or apply a small amount over the face for general use.
Do not use on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin. Avoid the eye contour and contact with eyes.
Patch testing prior to use is advised.
Sunburn Alert: This product contains a beta hydroxy acid (BHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
