I got to test The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + PhytoCeramides as an influencer and was actually pleasantly surprised by how nice it feels on the skin. The consistency is rich but applies very smoothly and feels instantly hydrating without being heavy. What impressed me the most is that it doesn't pill at all, even when I apply a generous amount of product. That's something I often experience with more barrier-focused creams, so that alone really raises the rating for me. The formula feels very supportive for the skin barrier and gives a soft, hydrated feeling on the skin. I also appreciate that it contains hyaluronic acid, which is an ingredient I personally often look for in hydrating products. I have combination skin and am therefore quite sensitive to creams that feel clogging, but I find this one to be well-balanced, i.e., hydrating without making my skin feel trapped or overloaded. I have extremely flaky lips and I’m honestly a bit of a junkie when it comes to lip products – I try almost everything. The Ordinary PHA 5% Exfoliating Lip Serum was therefore a really fun discovery for me. I use it about three times a week, and I find that it really helps to soften my lips and reduce that dry, flaky skin that I easily get. It feels gentle on the lips but still makes a difference over time. At the same time, it provides good hydration, which I really appreciate since many exfoliating lip products can feel a bit drying.
