The most important product in the bathroom cabinet
I literally use this for everything: Scalp scrub once a week; Removes product buildup, hair becomes shinier and less oily. Apply to the entire scalp, let it sit after a light massage for 10-15 minutes, and double cleanse with shampoo. For armpits and groin 2 times a week after showering; Removes bacteria that cause sweat odor. As needed every couple of weeks as a gentle scrub for the face like a toner; Helps especially with oily skin and small breakouts. After shaving (not on the same day, otherwise it stings); Removes and prevents ingrown hairs. Treatment for keratosis pilaris on the forearms; Apply to the skin of the forearms 1-2 times a week after showering, wait 15 minutes, and apply cream or oil on top. Foot scrub; 2-3 times a week after showering, apply to the soles of the feet. Let it sit for 15 minutes and apply foot cream and put on socks.49527 views- The comment was made 1 yearsNice to hear that the review was helpful! I always apply it to my skin through my hands, so I take about a tablespoon of toner in my hand and then just slather it on my forearms. It's good to let it dry and work for a moment before applying oil, and it shouldn't be washed off. As body oil, I use Weleda's rose oil, but any oil or cream works! For the groin area, I do the same, using a slightly smaller amount (teaspoon) on my hands and just applying it to the edge of my underwear. I don't use any other deodorants. This has especially been a convenient way to stay fresh during the summer. Let's really hope this product is never discontinued. 😆20 likes

Hello,
The product name and photo don't match. It's showing the wrong picture. Both are sold as two different product by Ordinary brand. See the pictures attached. Works
Both my boyfriend and I use this under our armpits against odor after showering. (1-2 times a week). I notice that I sweat the same amount but don't smell as much. He notices the same.1 product in post Works340 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. The post was made 3 daysRating: 5 out of 5
✨ A toner I really notice!
I really think that this one from The Ordinary is a product you can feel when you use it. It’s definitely not an ordinary moisturizing toner, but you get a completely different feeling afterwards. I especially like how the skin feels a bit smoother and fresher when I’ve used it. 🤍 The consistency is very thin and almost completely watery, so it’s super easy to apply. I usually take a little in my hands and gently spread it over the skin instead of soaking a cotton pad. You really don’t need a lot of product. What I like most is the feeling the day after. The skin feels soft and smooth, and I think it gets a nicer glow. It’s one of those products where I think the skin looks a bit more “clear” when I’ve made it a regular part of my routine. ✨ But here I actually think it’s important not to overdo the use. 7% glycolic acid is still quite a strong exfoliation, so I prefer to use it thoughtfully rather than every day just because I want faster results. The skin also needs to be left alone sometimes. 😂 I also like that it has so many uses. I’ve mainly gotten attached to it in my skincare routine, but it’s fun that you can also use it on, for example, areas on the body where the skin feels rougher or uneven. This is simply a product I like to have at home when I want to give my skin a little extra exfoliation and bring out that soft, fresh feeling. It’s simple, affordable, and above all, it feels like a product that actually has a clear function in the routine.367 views - The post was made 3 daysRating: 5 out of 5verified customer

Use it for everything except the face
It’s too strong for my facial skin, BUT I love it for that. Here’s how I use it: Before waxing under the arms and to prevent ingrown hairs between waxing On the heel (works on men too) On the scalp before washing my hair On the shins to prevent ingrown hairs Against body acne380 views - The post was made 1 weekRating: 5 out of 5verified customer

The OrdinaryGlycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner 240 ml
Select size
100 ml240 mlGlycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner (previously Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution) is an exfoliator that significantly smoothes skin texture and promotes the appearance of a more even skin tone, as well as more luminous skin, with regular use. It also reduces the appearance of lines and wrinkles. The water-based toner format is suited to daily use.
It contains a 7% concentration of Glycolic acid - a well-studied alpha-hydroxy acid - and a plant-derived Tasmanian Pepperberry derivative, which varies in colour seasonally, and which may cause an apparent colour variation in the formula from time to time.
This formula should not be used on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin. Please refer to the additional sun protection notes and other warnings in the provided directions.
This pH of this formula is approximately 3.6. Glycolic Acid has a pKa of 3.6 and pKa is the most important aspect to consider in formulating with acids. pKa describes the acidity of a molecule. When pKa is close to pH, there is an ideal balance between salt and acidity, maximizing effectiveness of the acid and reducing irritation.
Use:
Face/Neck Application: Apply once daily, ideally in the evening. Apply to the face and neck using a cotton pad or fingers.
Scalp Application: Apply to dry scalp, three times a week. Tilt your head back and use the nozzle to gently dispense product from the front to the back of the head in a sweeping motion. Massage well.
Do not rinse off. Do not use on sensitive, peeling, or compromised skin. Avoid the eye contour and contact with eyes.
Contact of the product with the skin must be of limited frequency or duration.
If eye or skin irritation occurs, rinse thoroughly, cease use, and consult a physician. Use only as directed on unbroken skin. Patch testing prior to use is advised. Keep out of reach of children.
Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
