LOVE!!!
Yes, the headline speaks for itself, but of course there will be an explanation for it. ☺️ Beauty of joseon’s spf became incredibly popular, praised, and viral two years ago (if I remember correctly). I didn’t jump on the bandwagon back then, and didn’t buy or test it. But now I am! And I understand now why ”Dalla” loved/loves it. I’ve heard before that you don’t need to use regular day cream if you’re using spf/sunscreen. I’ve tested both with day cream underneath, and without. It has worked well without day cream underneath. But since I tend to have dry skin, I’ve mostly used day cream underneath. So, I don’t think it can be said too much! But this one is really faaaaantastic!!! The cream is very light in consistency. But despite that, I haven’t felt dry on my skin, the times I haven’t had day cream underneath. It feels like it softens/moisturizes effectively, while the cream doesn’t leave any greasy or sticky surface on the skin. It works absolutely fantastic under makeup. I usually use clarins skin illusion (foundation). It doesn’t stick or roll in any way. 🙌 When it comes to scent, the cream is almost scent-free. I can’t smell much anyway. Maybe a slight delicate scent that reminds me of soap? The tube is easy to apply from, as it is made of soft plastic. If there’s anything that could be better, it’s that I find it desirable that all tubes should have snap caps (even this one). And not screw caps. And that the cream has ”full” spf 50 is super-duper-great! 😅 Now it’s recommended that you should use spf every day. All year round. But I would have liked to properly test this as spf. E.g. on a sunny vacation. Now it’s not really the right season for that, as one (I) is hardly exposed to the sun at all. So therefore, I only give it four stars. Because I can’t actually assess how it is as sun protection when the skin is properly exposed to the sun. Best sunscreen. Doesn't get greasy and doesn't smell. Works well under makeup and even if you don't wear makeup, it doesn't leave a shine, so it's wonderfully light and easy to apply. Doesn't cause pimples. All in all, so effective and I don't use anything else to protect my face/chest from the sun. ☀️ An SPF I actually like to use
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this one. I've tried quite a few different facial sunscreens, and what usually bothers me is when they feel way too thick or sticky, but this one really feels more like a regular moisturizing cream. The first thing I noticed was the texture. It's creamy and easy to work in, and the skin feels moisturized afterward without that annoying, greasy feeling. I also think it gives the skin a nice glow, which I personally really like. I like to use it in the morning as the last step in my skincare routine. It almost feels a bit luxurious to apply because the skin becomes so soft and moisturized afterward. 🤍 I also like that it doesn't leave any obvious white cast on the skin. That makes it much easier to use every day, and for me, that's really important because I want the sunscreen to feel as smooth as possible. After using it, what I like most is the feeling on the skin. It doesn't feel like an extra layer I have to put up with to get SPF, but like a part of the skincare routine itself. Perfect sunscreen for oily and acne-prone skin
I have oily skin and get pimples easily, so I’m quite picky when it comes to sunscreens. This one has really surprised me positively. It feels very light on the skin, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave a sticky or greasy feeling. It gives a nice natural glow without making the face look oily.
