An awesome cleanser
This one is great! It dries out a bit, so I think a rich moisturizer is needed. Love how it foams and keeps impurities away from the face! Also lasts extremely long since it’s very economical! A cleansing that feels like a little more than just a cleansing 🤍
I really like this one from CeraVe! What caught my attention is that it doesn’t just feel like an ordinary cleanser you use to wash away dirt and then forget about. It leaves the skin feeling a bit more clean and smooth afterward, which I really appreciate. The texture is quite light and it foams nicely when you massage it in with water. I find it very easy to use, and the pump bottle also makes it convenient to get just the right amount of product. What I especially like is that it contains salicylic acid and therefore feels a bit more exfoliating than a regular facial cleanser. I like that feeling when the skin feels a little tight or uneven, and I want a cleanser that feels thoroughly worked through. At the same time, I try not to overuse exfoliating products because the skin can actually protest if you go too hard. 😅 I also really like that it’s fragrance-free. That makes it feel simple and uncomplicated to have in your routine without any strong scent taking over. For me, this is a really good product when I want to feel extra clean and fresh, and I really like that it can also be used on the body. It feels like a very practical product to have at home. Best for the body, skip for the face
Okay, so this cleanser is absolutely fantastic but not really for the face if you have dry and sensitive skin like me! 😅 I mainly use it in the shower and it has worked wonders for my KP. The skin on my legs is noticeably softer and smoother since I started using it, and that’s exactly the kind of result I hoped for! I use about 1 pump per leg. I think it’s very economical for the price. The consistency is very runny and watery, but when you start massaging it in, it foams up quickly. Regarding the face, I tried using it for a while in combination with CeraVe SA Smoothing Cream, but it ended up stinging badly. Salicylic acid in both cleanser and cream at the same time was probably too much for my sensitive skin. I usually use it on my face occasionally to really clean, and then it doesn’t sting, but as a daily facial cleanser, I think it’s a bit too harsh for dry/sensitive skin.
