It is meant to strengthen the hair fibers and reduce the risk of hair breakage, while Silk Bloom focused more on fullness, softness, and a silky feel. Ultimate Reset is therefore more intensively reconstructive, while Silk Bloom gave a softer and fuller feel. How many treatments that corresponds to depends on how large areas you treat and what energy level you use, so it’s not possible to specify an exact number.
