Like a time travel, but the bad kind 🥹
I have had acne problems since my teenage years, where it has gone in waves. A little over two years ago, I finally went to a dermatologist and got help. I was on isotretinoin for a little over 7 months and finally got rid of it. Since I stopped the treatment, I have only gotten a few isolated pimples. I use Niactil, which I love, and it has been great. But I thought about alternating with another serum with niacinamide to stretch it a bit. I wanted to try this since it had mostly received very good reviews. I am always cautious with new products and introduce them slowly and one at a time. I know that the skin can react to new products and that there can be “purging.” But I got a lot of new and inflamed pimples, big and painful. When I stopped using it, they disappeared; it might have stopped if I had continued. Less pores and more glow
This works fantastically to reduce the visibility of pores, and along with that, I think you get a more even skin tone with more glow ✨️✨️ Whenever I feel like my skin looks a bit dull, it’s because I’ve stopped using niacinamide. The only reason it doesn’t get a full score is that I feel like NO MATTER how good it is, it doesn’t become a 100% wow. I still see some large pores despite regular and long-term use, and it also tends to foam a bit in combination with certain other products.
