    Awesome, but smells?

Super good serum, I use it about 2 times a week and since I started I've seen a noticeable difference. The only negative is that I feel it makes my skin smell very odd after use, like skin smell but amplified a thousand times? On my hands it disappears for me if I make sure to wash it off right after, but on my face it lingers for about a day despite washing 😬 But other than that, awesome!

Fantastic! Visible difference when I wake up

This product seems a bit misunderstood and it is also special. But it gives very nice results for me. I apply it in the evening, on top of a water-based serum, by patting a small amount on. It is a strong product that can sting a bit and it has small grains in it that make it uncomfortable to massage in. The grains seem to disappear quite quickly after application. I wake up with skin that looks years younger, as well as fuller and healthier. A lot of results for little money!

    Burns on the face

Never started using this as it burned all over my face when applied. It got better when I thinned it out with moisturizer, but I chose to focus on other products instead.

Hi Malin 👋💛 Thank you for sharing your experience! I understand that it can feel uncomfortable when a product gives a burning sensation upon application ❤️ It seems like this product just wasn't right for you, but it sounds like you have other products that suit your skin better, which is great! 🥰

How do I use this with my other products?

Hi, I’m wondering how to best use this in my current routine, which looks like this: Morning: -Ascorbyl tetraisopalmite solution 20% in vitamin F -caffein solution 5% -facial cream Evening: -retinol 0.2% in squalane -hyaluronic acid 2% Argireline Solution 10 -caffein solution 5% - natural moisturizing factors Should I use it in the morning or evening? Should I stop using "Ascorbyl tetraisopalmite solution 20% in vitamin F"? Thanks in advance :)

Hey Matilda! Spontaneously, your routine looks really good without knowing more about your skin 😍 In your current routine, it looks a bit difficult to incorporate it since it has a special consistency (a bit tricky to work with - some mix it with cream or oil to make it easier/the structure dissolves faster) and it should be used in the evening (unlike most other C vitamins) and since you have retinol in the evening, it’s not possible to combine unless you want to use them on different evenings, I would say. Wishing you a nice Friday 🌸

Hey Fatime! 👋😊 Vitamin C in skincare does not remove visible superficial vessels, as they sit deeper in the skin 🤍 Our skilled skin therapists might be able to help you find a solution through the skin test! You can go directly to the test via the link: lyko.com/sv/beauty-scan2 🫧 Take care 🤍

Do you mix it with sunscreen?

I've generally had trouble finding vitamin c that doesn't pill when you subsequently apply sunscreen. Of course, I've given it time to absorb, and I've now tried various sunscreen and vitamin c products. Is this something you have any experience with or an explanation for?

Hey! 👋 It can sometimes be a bit tricky to combine different skincare products 🤍 This vitamin C product has a water-free and slightly "grainy" texture, which can cause pilling when combined with certain sunscreens. One tip is to let it absorb properly and apply the sunscreen gently in a thin layer. A sunscreen that often works well with this type of texture is La Roche-Posay Anthelios SPF50. It is lightweight and designed to work under makeup or over active ingredients 👉 lyko.com/en/la-roche-posay/la-roche-posay-anthelios-uvmune-ultra-light-cream-spf50--50- For more personalized recommendations, we suggest taking our skin test: [ lyko.com/en/beauty-scan-webb ] 💫 Take care!

    What is right?

It says in the description that it should be used in the evening, but right below it says morning or evening..

Hey Marianne 💌 It's understandable that it can be a bit confusing with different messages in the description. Generally, vitamin C can be used both morning and night, but many prefer to use it in the morning for that protection against free radicals and sun damage.🌞 If the product specifically says it's best used in the evening, it might be because vitamin C can be a bit sensitive to light and varying temperatures, so evening might be a safe choice to get the most out of the ingredient🌙 In short: You can use it both ways! Wishing you a great day ahead!
