Moisture and glow
I've been testing this serum for a couple of weeks now, and it's time to share my opinions🤍 As always, The Ordinary has a sleek and understated design on their products, which I appreciate. The product doesn't smell like anything special. I've been looking for a face cream that actually helps with the feeling of dryness during the winter months, and I have finally found it! This cream is moisturizing, hydrating, and provides a super nice glow without feeling too oily. It's the perfect face cream for winter climates, but I can also imagine that it would be wonderful to use after a day in the sun when the skin feels dry and tight. I will use this diligently and will definitely buy a new one when it runs out! Face Moisturizer
I was mainly a Lykoinfluencer testing this product, and the first impression was interesting. The cream looks quite thick and rich coming out of the jar, so I even expected a slightly heavy feeling on the skin – but the first trial surprised me positively. I am a 35-year-old woman with normal/combination skin. After winter, my skin is often dull and needs proper hydration and glow. I used the product daily as part of my skincare routine. Although the texture looks thick, it spreads really easily and absorbs surprisingly well. There is no heavy film left on the skin, but the feeling is pleasantly hydrated and balanced.🌟 The cream also works well under makeup and doesn’t roll with other products. A small amount is sufficient, so the product feels economical. The skin looks noticeably more hydrated and radiant. Dullness has decreased, and the overall appearance is healthier and more glowing. I have also received comments on how my skin looks so even and fresh – which shows that the glow is also visible from the outside. This has become my new favorite cream – especially effective when the skin needs revitalization after winter. Good moisturiser cream
It’s really good at fixing dry, stressed-out skin. If your face ever feels tight, flaky, or irritated (especially in colder weather or after using strong actives), this cream helps calm things down and makes your skin feel comfortable again. It’s thicker than their original NMF moisturiser, so it feels more nourishing and protective — but not in a greasy, heavy way. A small amount spreads well and sinks in nicely. I used a bigger amount when need extra hydration or a little bit before make up. Another big plus: it’s fragrance-free. Incredibly good!!
For dry and sensitive skin. I use it both morning and night during the winter months. I only use it at night the rest of the year. It is thick and lovely in consistency and feels soothing and protective. Perfect for dry skin
Found my new favorite moisturizer! This fits perfectly into my skincare routine both morning and night. It also provides a lot of moisture and a lovely glow. The cream is a bit oilier than, for example, CeraVe's moisturizer (the jar). Instead, you will find, for example, glycosphingolipids and glycolipids, which are plant-based lipids that resemble the skin's own ceramides and help to strengthen the skin barrier and retain moisture. So even though they are not called "ceramide NP" or similar, ceramide-like components from plant sources are included – hence the name Phytoceramides. The product is therefore designed to support the skin's moisture balance and barrier function in a similar way to classic ceramides. Hope that helps clarify it a bit!🤍1 likes

Perfect for fall and winter months! Super creamy and "smooth" on the skin for us with dry skin type but doesn't clog the skin! I've had a really hard time finding a rich and thick cream that doesn't clog pores but this one is a dream and keeps the skin hydrated. Does it clog pores again?

It contains occlusive ingredients (like squalane, cetyl alcohol, and shea butter-like components) that can feel a bit heavy – especially on oily, combination, or acne-prone skin. If you think this might be a bit too much for your skin, I recommend the original 😍 Take care! ✨

Hi, I see that the different sizes have different INCIs! Can you please make sure to correct this, as many of us use your INCI to check against comedogenic or allergenic ingredients. Quite incredible for dry, parched skin
This doesn’t sink in fast - you love that slugging feel without or in addition to Vaseline ? This is for you . The best night cream I have ever tried . It takes 2 + hours to start to sink in - underbart !! Then gradually it still feels most . Ne : 52 combo t zone / uber dry ‘U skin ‘skin and if you want the slugging feeling ( moist that lasts long) without vaselin - this is fab ! Even if I slug with Vaseline I’m bone dry the next morning but please don’t get me wrong — I LOVE Vaseline - the best most inert occlusive ever invented !! So I apply this first ( I always avoid the t zone (mostly nose )) and then dot with Vaseline/ aquaphor/ locobase / Cerave ointment- no congestion at all! On my 4th tube . Absolutely wonderful .
