    Outstanding

I only realized after I started using Björn Axén Heat Styling Protection how little heat protection I had actually used before. This is the first product that can actually be applied generously without the hair getting that heavy, stiff, or sticky feeling that so many heat protectants leave behind. It's as if the hair just drinks it up without changing its own texture. I use it generously and make sure every hair strand is covered – the entire lengths, the underhair, the tips, everything. It calms me to know that the heat is actually meeting a proper protection, not just a thin mist. What surprised me the most is that the hair feels completely clean afterwards. No film, no product feel, nothing that affects how the hair falls or moves. Another bonus is how much faster the hair dries. It's as if the product speeds up the process without stressing the hair. With a heat brush, blow dryer, or any other styling, the whole routine feels more efficient, and the result is both supple and fresh. In short: this is the first heat protection product that I fully trust. It does its job without altering the hair's texture, it allows me to use proper amounts without worry, and it makes the styling routine both safer and faster. #lykoinflutester #björnaxen

    Doubtful

This is probably the first time that I, as a Lyko influencer, cannot give a good rating. The Lumene Nordic C Feel Good Glow set sounds promising on paper, but in practice, it became one of the most frustrating product experiences I've had. The first thing that struck me was the perfume – it is extremely strong. Not just "a little scent", but a really intense, almost overwhelming perfume. And the fact that it explicitly states on the packaging to avoid the eye area says a lot. I understand why. The products burn and sting on the skin, and it’s not that "active tingling" that some vitamin C products have, but pure discomfort. The second major problem is how poorly the serum and cream work together. One expects a kit to be formulated so that the products complement each other – that’s the whole point of selling them together. But no. If you use the serum first and then the cream, everything starts to pill. The products flake off on the face and leave the skin with an uneven, gritty surface that looks really unfresh. And I hate pilling; it’s one of the things I absolutely do not tolerate in skincare. It’s a shame because if you overlook the scent and pilling issue, the products actually feel moisturizing and a bit firming in themselves. Therefore, I will use them up, but separately and probably not on my face – rather on my neck and décolletage where the skin is less sensitive and I don’t risk looking like I tried to apply makeup with an eraser. In the end: good feeling of moisture, but formulation, perfume, and user experience unfortunately fall completely short. I had hoped for more from Lumene. #lykoinflutester #lumene

Thank you, lovely you! I think luckily that the products smell incredibly good, so they will be used up, just not together 🥰

    Incredible

I have tried many styling tools over the years, but the OBH Nordica Magic Style Brush PRO 38 mm is one of the few that has actually managed to replace a full blowout for me. The first thing I noticed was how quiet it is – completely silent. It creates a different kind of calm in use, especially in the mornings when you don’t want to wake the whole house just to try to get a little volume in your hair. The clear signal light that shows when it’s on feels reassuring, and the heat settings – two different levels – are actually sufficient to control the result in a very precise way. It heats up surprisingly quickly, which means you don’t have to stand and wait but can start styling almost immediately. The cord is also a big plus: long, flexible, and above all not tangled. It sounds like a minor detail, but when you’re moving around with a round brush in your hair, you can immediately feel the difference a good cord makes. The brush itself at 38 mm is the perfect size for achieving the classic rounded blowout look. It gives volume at the roots, rounds the ends nicely, and creates that soft fall that usually requires both a round brush and a hairdryer – and a lot of technique. Here you get the same effect with significantly less effort. It’s a tool that feels reliable, quiet, fast, and practical, and for me, it has completely replaced the need for a traditional blowout. If you want a tool that gives shiny, moldable hair with minimal effort, this heat brush is unusually effective. #lykoinflutester #obhnordica

    Effective

I have used the Exfoliating Enzyme Peel before, but the current version seems to have a somewhat changed formulation compared to the one I tried before. The previous cream was white, very potent, and only required one minute of use to deliver clear results, after which you had to expect that your skin would be red for an hour. The new formula, however, is gray and significantly milder. I can now leave it on for up to 5 minutes, for example while I stand in the shower, before my skin reacts with redness. It also feels more moisturizing than before. For me, this change is both positive and negative. I appreciate that the new formula is gentle and pleasant, but I miss the intense effect it used to have. The old version cleared pores quickly and effectively, a real "powerhouse" product, while the new one is more balanced and softening. Therefore, it gets 4 out of 5 stars, while the older formula would have received full marks. I have a nice combination skin, with small pores that easily become clogged, and I like to use exfoliating products to keep my skin clean and clear. The moisturizing properties of the new version make it less optimal for my skin type, but it works excellently for those with dry or sensitive skin, or for anyone wanting a milder peel that still provides a fresh and even surface. A good product, but no longer the powerful treatment it once was. #lykoinflutester #emmas

    not suitable for oily/combination skin

Hydrating Intense Cream is a rich yet soft cream that truly feels nourishing when applied. The consistency is smooth and full without feeling heavy, and it leaves the skin soft, supple, and properly hydrated. The scent is mild and pleasant, which I appreciate in a product that is used daily. I have chosen to use it once a day, usually in the evening, as I have found that it can give me some clogged pores with too frequent use. I have a fairly balanced but somewhat sensitive combination skin that easily reacts to overly rich products, so this is not unusual for me. Despite that, I think the cream does a good job of strengthening the skin barrier and providing long-lasting moisture. It works particularly well when the skin feels dry or tight, and I notice that it soothes the skin after exfoliation or colder weather. In summary, Hydrating Intense Cream is a well-formulated and moisturizing product, especially suitable for normal to dry skin. For those prone to clogged pores, it may be best to use it once a day or as a night cream. #lykoinflutester #emmas

    Nice product!

I have used the Hydrating Hyaluronic Essence as one of the last steps in my skincare routine, just before my moisturizer, both day and night, and I am very satisfied. The bottle is practical and easy to dose, and the consistency is somewhat sticky, which means the product doesn't run away but is easy to apply evenly over the skin. The essence feels immediately hydrating and gives a pleasant feeling that the skin is really getting moisture deep down. After application, the skin feels calm, soft, and balanced, without being left sticky or heavy. The scent is mild and discreet, which I appreciate – it feels neither over-perfumed nor disturbing. I also notice that the skin stays hydrated longer throughout the day, and the product works excellently under makeup. The combination of hyaluronic acids and plum extract seems to provide both a quick moisture effect and protection against external stressors. In summary, this is an essence that does exactly what it promises: it hydrates, soothes, and prepares the skin for the following steps. A really good product for you if you want to give your skin extra moisture and glow without stickiness. The bottle has a generous size for the price, and I find the product to be very economical, a small amount goes a long way. My skin is what you could call a "fine combination skin" that is basically quite normal, but with small pores that easily become clogged. At the same time, I am dry and have some sensitivity, especially over the cheeks. Therefore, I usually make sure to avoid comedogenic ingredients. This essence has worked excellently for me so far, it feels mild, balancing, and hydrating without causing any breakouts or irritation. #lykoinflutester #emmas

Love it, but wish it lasted longer

I received this perfume as a Lyko influencer tester and was actually positively surprised. The first impression is very fresh and a bit fruity, you can immediately smell pear, but it’s not too sweet or youthful like some other perfumes can be. After a while, the floral notes come through – jasmine and freesia – and that makes it feel feminine and a bit elegant without being “old ladyish”. What I like most is the base, when it settles it becomes warm and cozy with vanilla and amber. That makes it feel both fresh and sensual at the same time, and I think it works for both everyday wear and if you’re going out in the evening. For me, it lasts about a workday, but not much longer. The bottle is pretty and simple, a bit younger in design but still sleek enough not to feel cheap. In summary: a nice everyday perfume that feels just feminine and warm enough. It doesn’t stand out as much as some niche scents, but it’s easy to like and works in many different contexts. My rating: 5/5 – I like it, but I wish it lasted a bit longer. However, I want to add that it holds very well when you spray it on clothes even though it disappears from the skin quite quickly! I have used it a lot since I got it home, so it still gets a 5! #ABERCROMBIEFITCH #LYKOINFLUTESTER

    nice and good

I have had the honor of testing this perfume as a Lyko influtester, I own another Cacharel perfume from before and think they often have nice combinations that feel a bit special. I was quite curious about this one since the bottle is super pretty and I like the idea of refillable perfume, but the scent itself wasn't really "me". The first spray felt quite heavy and a bit "aunty" in tone, I guess it could be patchouli or maybe the combination of coconut and bergamot that makes the opening feel a bit old-fashioned. Luckily, it softens after a while and becomes significantly nicer when jasmine and orange blossom come through – then it becomes more feminine and fresh. The base with vanilla and amber makes it feel warm and quite cozy in the end, but that first touch brings down the overall impression for me. It feels more like "evening perfume" than something I would wear for everyday. The bottle, however, is really beautiful, definitely a detail you want to have on display. I also like that it is refillable, it feels more thought-out and sustainable. In summary: an elegant scent that will surely suit many, but for me, it becomes a bit too mature in the opening. After a while, it is nice, but I don't think I will use it as much as other perfumes I own. My rating: 4/5 – pretty bottle and nice development, but the opening is not really to my taste. #lykoinflutester #cacharel

Magical essence that perfectly prepares the skin – wow what a difference!

A little brief info about me & my skin: I am 31 years old with what is commonly referred to as “fine combination skin.” This means I have small pores and skin that is quite even, but I also have some blackheads, a shiny nose and chin, the occasional pimple, and also signs of surface dryness – especially when the weather changes. The skin is mostly normal on the cheeks, but can feel tight sometimes after cleansing. I have also started to notice some small superficial lines, especially on my forehead. Essences have never been a given part of my routine before, but now I really understand why it has become so popular – this step has made a big difference in how the skin receives the rest of my skincare. Consistency & scent: The Multi-Active Delivery Essence has an incredibly light and silky consistency. It’s almost like a thin gel/water hybrid – featherlight and very pleasant to pat into the skin. I pour a few drops into my palm and press it into my face right after cleansing, before serum. It absorbs quickly but leaves a discreet hydrated feeling, without becoming sticky or greasy. The scent is very mild and neutral, with a slight “skincare” tone – nothing that disturbs or irritates, so it feels great even for those of us who are sensitive to scents. Packaging: The essence comes in a sturdy, frosted glass bottle – simple but luxurious in its design. It lacks a pump, so I carefully pour it directly into my hand. It feels like a product that lasts a long time, as only a few drops are needed for the entire face. Here’s how I use it: I have used it every day, morning and evening, as the first step after cleansing – before the other two products I have tested from The Ordinary (Multi-Peptide + HA Serum and GF Solution 15%). It acts as a preparatory layer that helps the rest of the skincare absorb better, and I have really noticed a difference! Experience & results: Already after the first application, the skin felt less tight and more “plump.” It provides immediate hydration that feels natural, not greasy – and the skin gets a beautiful glow without shining unnecessarily much. What I really appreciate is that it strengthens the skin barrier without feeling heavy. After a few days, I noticed that the skin was less reactive after cleansing (I usually easily get a red nose/cheeks right after showering) and that the dry feeling decreased significantly. It felt like the skin became better at receiving serum and cream – and according to information from The Ordinary, it actually helps with just that, by increasing the absorption of subsequent products. So cool! I have also tested it together with other active ingredients (including Niacinamide, Prebiotics, Retinol, etc.) and experienced no reactions – just even more effect. The skin felt clearer and more balanced, which I truly believe is thanks to how it helps deliver active ingredients deeper. What it does for my skin type: As someone with combination skin, it’s always a challenge to find products that hydrate without clogging. This essence manages to balance that act – it hydrates my dry areas while the skin feels more controlled in the shiny zones. It works quietly but gives noticeable results: smoother, softer, calmer skin that stays nice all day. Conclusion: This has become an indispensable step in my routine. This essence works as a perfect “soft start” for the skin – hydrates immediately, prepares the skin for subsequent products, and also helps improve their effects. It’s a bit like pressing the “boost” button in your skincare routine, but in a very gentle and balanced way. I will definitely continue to use it and can warmly recommend it to anyone looking for smoother, more hydrated skin – whether you have combination, dry, or sensitive skin. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #THEORDINARY
