    Which oil?

    Hi! I have my skincare routine that consists of different serums on different days. I'm wondering if it works to use retinol and salicylic acid serums before the gua sha application? Since I don't want to change my skincare routine that works great.

You can use gua sha even if you have retinol or salicylic acid in your routine, but since these active ingredients can make the skin more sensitive, it's good to apply a moisturizing serum or a facial oil before the massage to reduce friction.
