How To Use:
Glide the eyeliner along your top eyelid as close to your upper lash line as possible for a more natural, day-time look. For a more dramatic look, line your top and bottom lash line or use Zuii's Eyeliner Brush and gently blend the colour upwards and outwards to achieve a smokey effect.
