For kids, the dosage should primarily be based on their weight.
Kids 15-25 kg (around 3-7 years):
1 tablet 250 mg every 4-6 hours, max 4 tablets per day.
Kids 25-40 kg (around 7-12 years):
1-2 tablets 250 mg every 4-6 hours, max 8 tablets per day.
Kids under 6 years:
Dissolve the tablet in a spoonful of water before giving it to the child.
Kids over 6 years:
Let the tablet melt on the tongue and swallow it down right after. No water needed. Do not chew the tablet.
You can also dissolve it in about ½ glass of water. Stir well.
Do not use Alvedon for kids for more than 2 days without consulting a doctor.
