Cosnori Panthenol Barrier Toner is a toner for all skin types that repairs, strengthens and brightens stressed skin that lacks balance, softness and radiance. This gentle toner contains plenty of panthenol and ceramides, which together strengthen the skin's protective barrier and improve the skin's resistance.

The active ingredients in the toner help soothe irritated skin, prevent moisture evaporation, and repair and strengthen the skin's protective barrier against, among other things, dry and cold air. The product also contains brightening niacinamide and a touch of gently exfoliating AHA to make the skin soft and radiant.

The lightweight formula of the toner sinks quickly into the skin without a sticky or heavy feeling.

How to Use:

Apply toner as the first step after cleansing. Toner helps hydrate the skin and prepares it for the following skincare products. Hydrating toners are best gently patted into the skin with hands, while exfoliating toners are recommended to be applied using a cotton pad.
