B-100 capsules provide a complete supplement of B vitamins plus choline and inositol. These vitamins work to support energy production, maintain a healthy homocysteine metabolism and promote nervous system health. B vitamins are water-soluble and, with the exception of B-12, they have limited storage in the body and therefore require daily replenishment. Dietary sources are only of animal origin (meat and dairy products) and supplementation with B-12 may therefore be especially important for vegetarians.
Use:
Recommended daily intake: Take 1 capsule daily with meals.
This product contains biotin, which may affect blood test results.
The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not replace a varied diet.
