Blackcurrant oil is extracted from blackcurrant seeds to produce a valuable nutrient oil with 14% GLA. Omega-3, alpha-linolenic acid, and omega-6, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), are both considered essential fatty acids. Although the body can manufacture GLA from other dietary omega-6 fatty acids, GLA can be used more effectively for body functions when delivered directly through dietary sources.
Use:
The product is for adults only. In case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, if you are taking medications or have a medical condition, consult with a doctor before ingestion.
Dosage: 2 softgels 2 times daily with meals.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The dietary supplement should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
