Use:
Remove all makeup and debris from the eye area. Be aware that oil-based makeup removers and cleansers can leave a film that will prevent the lash serum from penetrating the lashes. Apply a thin layer of Serum for Lashes once a day directly along the lash line (right at the base of the lashes), either in the morning or evening.
