Usage:
Adults (18 years and older):
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal; do not take on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended intake as this product contains a significant amount of fisetin. Not recommended for pregnant or nursing women or children under 18. If you are taking medication, consult your doctor before using this product.

***NOTE! Do not take if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not exceed 800 mg of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) per day.
