Use:
If you have short hair, squeeze shampoo the size of a pea in the palm of your hand, if long, give it another squeeze. Make sure both hair and scalp is wet. Apply a thin film of shampoo on top of your hair around your head where the hair starts. Massage gently and avoid the ends if you have longer hair. Rinse thoroughly. Apply conditioner if needed.
