Collagen Hyaluron Plus from Re-fresh Superfood contains marine hydrolysed collagen as well as hyaluronic acid, biotin, vitamin C and zinc. Hydrolyzed collagen is easily absorbed due to the fact that it consists of shorter chains of amino acids.
Collagen is found in large parts of the body as it is the connective tissue's main protein. Collagen is thus an important part of ligaments and articular cartilage. Hydrolyzed collagen provides flexibility, strength and support to the skin, connective tissue, ligaments, tendons and bones.

Biotin, also known as vitamin B7, and zinc help maintain normal skin, hair and nails.
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation and protects against oxidative stress.

The capsule is made of gelatin (from beef) which is a precursor to collagen. A capsule of gelatin allows the body to easily digest and thus easily assimilate the contents.
