Why Turmeric?
Turmeric contains a high concentration of curcumin, which is the most studied active substance in turmeric. We have also combined the turmeric with black pepper extract because the piperine in black pepper increases the absorption of the turmeric extract.

How can Turmeric be used?
Take 1-2 capsules per day or as recommended.
You can also open a capsule and use to make your own golden milk with curcumin and MCT oil.

2 dl milk of your choice (such as oat, coconut or nut milk). Empty into a capsule Pure Turmeric and 1 tablespoon of ghee, coconut oil or try C8 MCT oil. Mix everything and enjoy.
