Since I started using this serum, I’ve noticed a change in how often I get breakouts and how big the breakouts become. I think this serum has a soothing, calming effect and feels very pleasant on the skin. I use it in combination with adapalene, alternating between them every other day. It has worked great for me and has actually had an effect on my skin. I also struggle with redness and rosacea and notice a change in the texture and intensity of it. It’s also very economical to use. I would recommend everyone to try this! But I wouldn’t start right away; rather, give your skin time to get used to it. After spending a lot of money and time trying out various serums as well as cleansers and creams, Anua Azelaic Acid 10+ Hyaluron serum has become a big favorite of mine over the last 8-9 months. A fantastic serum that absorbs quickly into the skin, calms it down, and provides good moisture. Together with the rest of my regular skincare routine, I’ve now kept my acne in check and have had few to no breakouts since starting the routine! If you’re like me and looking for a good product without having to spend several hundred kroner on a fancy serum, I can really recommend Anua Azelaic Acid 10+ Hyaluron serum! You get A LOT for your money here! Long-lasting in use and many plus points for actually providing good moisture in addition to calming both redness and pimples! I was very unsure about the dropper since I’ve previously had products with droppers where I couldn’t get the product out, but this one works surprisingly well! Retinol can otherwise easily feel drying at first. An option I think is nice is La Roche-Posay Retinol B3 Serum. It feels like a serum that combines several things I like in skincare – it’s light, feels pleasant on the skin, and at the same time gives a nice hydrated feeling. ✨ I especially like the texture. It’s silky and absorbs easily into the skin without feeling heavy or sticky. This makes it fit very well under the rest of my skincare and even under makeup. What makes the serum extra interesting for me is the combination of 10% azelaic acid, hyaluronic acid, and 7-Cica Complex. The azelaic acid is perfect if you want to work on uneven skin tone, blemishes, and redness, while the hyaluronic acid and Cica help to give the skin moisture and a calmer feeling. 💚 I also think the skin feels soft and fresh after use, which is exactly the feeling I want from a serum. Nice choice 😊 This serum with 10% azelaic acid can be used both morning and/or evening; start gently with once a day (or every other day if you are sensitive) and increase to twice daily if the skin feels calm. Apply after cleansing, pat about half a pipette onto dry skin and follow up with moisturizer, and during the day finish with sunscreen.
