    Doesn't work

It doesn't remove the lashes and is green???? Not at all white like the picture? I bought this before and there was no color then and it worked, so now I can't get my lashes off

    Awful, terrible

This glue remover does not work. None of the glue it belongs to gets removed. Ended up having to use tweezers and rip off many of my own lashes. This is harmful to your own lashes and the most terrible product I have ever encountered. Regards from a lash technician who believes this should not be on the market. A completely damn hell. Never think about buying this or the glue from the same brand. Would have given it zero stars if I could.

    Dissatisfied

Really dissatisfied with the product. I have used it before and was really satisfied, but now they have changed the contents of the product and it doesn't work at all! Previously it was a clear liquid, now it's green and slimy...

    What happened?

This is unacceptable. This was the only thing that worked when removing the LashFree glue and now it doesn’t work anymore. It has a green tint and does nothing when trying to remove lashes with it. Thank god i found a bit of the old remover in a cabinet. Im going to have to change glues if this remover doesn’t go back to the way it was.

Hello Hilda! 😃 Thank you so much for your review 🤍 Oh no, that doesn’t sound like a great experience at all. These products can work very differently from person to person — for some they’re amazing, and for others not quite a match. If you’d like tips on a new favorite, feel free to chat with us or send an email to fraga@lyko.com 💌 Have a wonderful day! ☀️

Must-have if you use the glue

Absolutely necessary to have if you use the eyelash glue from the same brand, as this is the only way to remove the lashes without damaging them. Would not recommend for those with sensitive eyes, as the oil-like remover is very strong and can sting and irritate the eyes. All in all, a life saver if you use the eyelash glue, just remember to cleanse away residue with a gentle cleanser, and don’t get it in your eyes!

    Don't buy

Unpleasant, stings a lot on the eyes and I had to hold on for a long time before a few individual lashes came off. The remover was so strong that I got a sore on my eyelid..

    Stay away

It seems like there is a new formula. Luckily, I had an old bottle lying around that removed the glue right away. I first tried this new, greener variant. It doesn't work at all. I tried soaking for a long time + q-tips, but it did nothing. The old one isn't green, so what has actually happened? Because this new product is not the same and doesn't work. So if you're considering fixing lashes with the glue and this glue remover, DO NOT do it. The lashes won't come off, unfortunately.

    Doesn't work at all

Put a lot of lash remover on the lashes but nothing really happened, they usually come off within 5 minutes. But now they are still stuck on really hard, my own lashes are completely gone because I had to pull the lashes off since this doesn't work and I have to get them off. I made a complaint and got a similar one that didn't work either.. so annoying

Hey Paulina 💛 LashFree Remover is designed to dissolve Ardell's LashTite glue, but sometimes it can take longer depending on how much glue has been used or how long the lashes have been on ❤ Here are some tips you can try if you want to give it another shot (but of course not if the skin or lash line already feels irritated): 🔸 Let the remover sit longer: Soak two cotton pads well and let them sit as compresses for about 10-15 minutes before you start to gently massage. 🔸 Use a cotton swab dipped in remover: If the lashes are stuck extra tight, you can dab the remover directly along the lash line with a cotton swab and then wait a couple of minutes. If you want to try something else, coconut oil can sometimes help dissolve the glue (but be careful not to get it in your eyes). Then use cotton pads, hold them against the lashes for a few minutes, and see if it softens anything. Hope it turns around soon, I understand this is frustrating 🤍 Have a nice day 🌸

    Didn’t work

Didn’t really do anything. I barely have any lashes left after sitting and scrubbing for two hours (used Ardell lash glue) had the lashes on for two weeks and was trying to take them off, burned, did nothing. Had to use coconut oil and makeup remover to get the lashes off. Also was green and not like the picture. Don’t buy if you want to keep any lashes.

Please contact us at fraga@lyko.se, and we will assist you further with a complaint and ensure you get the help you need. 💌 Thank you so much for flagging this – we will take it further! 🙏 Take care 💕

    It burns and gives sores.

So, what is this? I've had lashes for two weeks that have started to fall off, so I thought I would remove the rest myself with this. For your information, it works extremely poorly and gives you sores on your skin if you're not careful. It worked better to remove with waterproof makeup remover than that thing. Thumbs down.

Hi Viktoria ❤️ Thank you for taking the time to share your experience 💬 So sorry to hear that you have experienced discomfort using the Ardell LashFree Lash Remover. It should of course not sting or cause sores, and it is very important to us that the products we offer are perceived as safe and gentle to use. This product is intended for professional use, and it is recommended to be very careful when applying, especially near the eyes. If it comes into contact with the skin without being precise, it can unfortunately lead to irritation – especially if you have sensitive skin. Wishing you a nice day ahead
