Less frizz
I would definitely say that this reduces frizz and retains moisture and shine in the hair BUT it doesn't hold up well overnight. If you have a lot of thick hair, I don't think this is for you at all because I have very little and thin hair and it's okay for me. This satin/silk cap was super comfortable to sleep in! Others I've had felt quite tight and gave me headaches, this one was really stretchy and soft😍 Stayed well on during the night and my hair was super shiny, nice, and the hairstyle protected!
