The peeling rolls up and forms clumps every time I use it, even though I follow the instructions. My skin doesn't feel clean afterwards. The consistency surprised me, and I had difficulty taking the right amount of product. It's hard to apply the product evenly across the face (as advised in the instructions) because it starts rolling immediately, but I understood that this is how the product is meant to work.
