That damn touch screen
Love the product itself, it’s easy to use and gentle on the hair. But the touch screen is way too unnecessarily big for its own good. I keep hitting the power button all the time while doing my hair, plus it keeps acting up. The touch screen needs work, sometimes you have to unplug the brush and plug it back in to use the power button, and sometimes it won’t raise the heat, but after 1 second it locks the heat so you have to turn off the brush to try again… it’s just generally super annoying to use 🤷♀️6 views - The post was made 1 month

The description says "blow-dry result," which can easily make you think it’s a blow-dry brush.. It was a bad purchase for me.
