  Melted/damaged product

  I am generally very satisfied with Barbells protein bars, but Lyko sells melted/damaged protein bars. Had bought for 570 kr. Will never buy protein bars from Lyko again. Do not recommend others to use them either to buy it, unless you like mashed/melted/damaged protein bars.

Log in to Your account. 2. Click on the MY PAGES icon. 3. Select Order history. 4. Click on the relevant order number for the item you wish to complain about. 5. Click on the CLAIM icon. 6. Fill in the quantity and reason for the complaint in the text box under the selected product. If you want the return slip as a letter, remember to write this in the comment field. 7. Feel free to add a picture/video that clearly shows the problem with the product. 8. Confirm by clicking SEND. You will hear from us via email! Wishing you a nice day 🌟

  Storage of the bars?

  The bars are super good, ordered many times! But I won't be ordering again from lyko, the bars were smashed/melted/squished. When I reached out to customer service, they sent me a return label so I could send it back to get my money back. This just creates more work for me as a customer since the bars are obviously edible, but do not meet expectations and what I paid for. I had eaten several bars before I discovered that all the bars were the same.
