The bars are super good, ordered many times! But I won't be ordering again from lyko, the bars were smashed/melted/squished. When I reached out to customer service, they sent me a return label so I could send it back to get my money back. This just creates more work for me as a customer since the bars are obviously edible, but do not meet expectations and what I paid for. I had eaten several bars before I discovered that all the bars were the same.

At the same time, it’s of course unfortunate that they didn’t arrive in the condition you expected, and that the experience around the return wasn’t optimal. It shouldn’t feel like extra work to get help, and I completely understand your frustration – especially when the products are technically still edible, but don’t live up to what you paid for.
