    Broken Product

    AIVAN KAMALA. I was so excited for the package to arrive because the product looked really promising. As soon as I opened the package, I took the blush out, and as soon as I removed the cap, the entire contents of the product spilled out, and if I tried to put it back, the mechanism just wouldn't work anymore. It was such a cute color and good pigment, but it's a waste of money to spend on a product that's broken from the start, and I can't return it because I ordered several products, which I was satisfied with, so I can't return the blush individually, so the money is totally wasted.

Log in to your user account (If you are not a member of Club Lyko, you can log in with the email address you used to place your order. You can change your password via email when you click on "Forgot your password?") 2. Click on the MY PAGE icon 3. Select ORDER HISTORY 4. Click on the order number you wish to claim 5. Click on the icon FILE A CLAIM 6. Fill in the quantity of the products you wish to claim and possibly the reason for the claim 7. To speed up the processing of the claim, please upload a picture and/or video of the damage/reason for the claim in the UPLOAD IMAGE section. If you find the product's barcode on its packaging, please also attach a picture of this, thank you! 8. Choose your desired compensation (new product/refund) if a defect is found in the product 9. Confirm by clicking SEND This way we can compensate for what happened. Have a lovely day! 🤍
