With essential oils, you can choose fragrances that resonate with you and have special properties that fit your lifestyle. Pick from oils that are calming, uplifting, or even aphrodisiac.

Usage: Place the scent sticks in the bottle with your oil blend. The sticks soak up the oil and spread the fragrance throughout the room. Start with two sticks in the bottle; adding more sticks will intensify the scent. Flip the sticks occasionally if you want a stronger aroma.

Oil Blend
Just a few drops of essential oils are all you need for a powerful scent. That’s why you should dilute them in a base liquid, like almond or jojoba oil. This allows the scent sticks to absorb more oil and distribute the fragrance better. Fill the bottle about 1/3 full with the base oil (around 30 ml or 2 tbsp). Then add your chosen essential oils and stir with a stick.

Example Fragrance Combinations
Refreshing
1. 2 drops rosemary oil + 2 drops orange oil + 2 drops grapefruit oil.
2. 2 drops peppermint oil + 2 drops vanilla oil.
3. 2 drops tea tree oil + 3 drops lemon oil or lemongrass oil.

Soothing
1. 5 drops lavender oil + 5 drops grapefruit oil.
2. 2 drops cinnamon oil + 2 drops vanilla oil.
3. 2 drops lavender oil or cedar oil.

Focus
1. 5 drops orange oil + 5 drops peppermint oil.
2. 5 drops grapefruit oil + 3 drops black cumin oil + 2 drops rosemary oil.
3. 2 drops orange oil + 1 drop cinnamon oil + 2 drops frankincense oil.
