    3 out of 8 hair ties are broken

    I received my hair ties last Thursday. So 6 days ago. The hair tie shown in the picture I haven't even worn once. Still, it looks like this. This is also the case with another hair tie. Another hair tie arrived with a scratch, which is very disappointing when you think about the fact that you pay almost €4 per hair tie, while you clearly pay less for others. Such quality is unacceptable for such a price!
