Good for my use
I have tried just massaging my face with my fingers, but since arms and fingers don’t work as they should, I wanted to try a simple tool and didn’t want to invest much without trying first. I see others had the impression that these were supposed to be rose quartz, but for the price, I figured it was a description of the color and that the product would be some kind of resin. This is a set for beginners, for those who imagine they won’t cool down or heat up the tools. As long as you know what you’re getting, these are absolutely fine and do what they’re supposed to. I haven’t used the roller much, but I use the gua sha every day. It immediately makes me feel much more awake. I use the "corners" for point massage. I have a bad tendency to clench my jaw all the time, so this has helped a lot with the muscles around the jaw and temples, and around the ears down to the neck.
