Very satisfied
Very satisfied with the makeup brushes I have from Lyko! Soft and do the job 😊 But I wonder what is recommended to wash them with? Poor quality
All the bristles fall out after less than half a year of use, first individual hairs and now finally in big clumps. All the strands are coming off

Completely okay
Good brush for the price but it picks up some small hairs/lint so it easily gets a bit of fuzz when blending, for example, foundation. Not satisfied with the quality
Kept leaving bristles behind on my face and then large chunks of the brush bristles came off altogether. The comment was made 1 monthHi! 😊 A few loose fibers during the first couple of uses can happen, but if larger amounts of bristles are coming loose, that doesn’t sound quite right. I’d recommend registering a complaint with us so we can take a closer look at the brush. You can do this through your Lyko account by going to order history or you can also use the return form at the bottom of lyko.com. Please include a few clear photos showing how the bristles are coming loose, as well as the brush itself, so we can get a better idea of what has happened. 📷 If you’ve only noticed a few loose fibers, you can gently remove them and continue using the brush. However, if you’re losing whole clumps of bristles, I would recommend to stop using it and registering a complaint. We’ll be happy to take a closer look at it for you! 🌸1 likes

Not a good brush for sensitive skin.
Otherwise a good brush, but the bristles are way too hard for my sensitive skin. Stay away
I bought brushes from Make Up Store as part of a “customized” recommendation from a skincare specialist at Lyko, after clearly stating that I have sensitive and acne-prone skin. I was told these were the best brushes they had – but in hindsight, it turns out I was consistently steered towards products from brands Lyko itself owns, including both Make Up Store and Rebecca Stella. There was never a genuine assessment of alternatives. The whole setup therefore feels more like a sales pitch than professional guidance. The brushes themselves are completely average and in no way live up to how they were presented. But the biggest problem isn’t even the quality – it’s the trust. I went in for help and came out with a full routine I had a strong reaction to, based on recommendations that in hindsight seem anything but objective.
