    Easy to apply but strange consistency?

    I don't know how durable it is yet, but it was relatively easy to apply with single lashes except for the fact that it is very thick and gooey (almost jelly-like) in consistency. Is it supposed to be like that? There was a lump when I opened it that I thought was a protective film I should remove, but I realized it was probably a lump of dried glue. How is the consistency supposed to be, and could I have gotten one that is partially dried? I didn't manage to take a picture of the hardened part because I poked at it to remove it, and then it went down into the bottle.

    Short lifespan

    I thought it was really good initially, but it has always been slow to open and close. It’s not very user-friendly from an inclusion perspective since you have to fiddle with your nails in between and pull to open it. Today it got completely stuck, so it broke into two pieces when I tried to close it. It doesn’t hold together, so the whole purpose of being a foldable compact mirror is gone. The battery life of the lamp is surprisingly bad, especially considering I don’t even use it once a week. Sad and unnecessary that you buy something that seems to be of high quality, which required a lot of resources to manufacture, and it doesn’t even last a year?

    Drier than before?

    I switched from The Ordinary’s glycolic acid toner as an exfoliant to Mixsoon's bean essence, and from Beauty of Joseon’s glow serum to this hyaluronic acid serum as a moisture binder. Am I doing it right by changing the order of application, i.e., using this serum first and bean essence after (and then finishing with day/night cream of course) rather than the other way around with exfoliant and moisture serum like I did before? I feel like my skin is very tight and dry, I’ve also started to flake a bit despite ”building up” glacier water in layers as it says you can do for extra moisture (even without bean essence). I only use bean essence in the evening but this morning and evening and thought it would be gentler than the products I used before. Note that my day cream and night cream are very moisturizing and for dry skin but still it becomes so…
