It distributes the lashes nicely, the brush is top. For me, who likes a bit more on the lashes, it needs to be worked with a bit due to the dryness, but I am still satisfied with the result. It also smudged a little under the brow! It probably won't be my go-to, but I will definitely use it when I «don't have anything special» 😌546 views
