      Hello🌸 CeraVe Skin Renewing Retinol Serum is formulated with a mild form of retinol (encapsulated retinol), which makes it gentler than many other retinol products — but it’s still wise to start slowly. 👉 Recommended use: Start: 2–3 times a week (for example, every other evening). After acclimation: Gradually increase to daily use if your skin tolerates it. Timing: Use only in the evening, after cleansing and before moisturizer. Sun protection: Always use SPF during the day when using products with retinol. 💡 Tips: If you experience dryness, peeling, or tingling, go back to 1–2 times a week. You can also apply moisturizer both before and after to make it even gentler (“sandwich method”). Have a great day!

      Hi Ida😊 Thank you for your question✨ I have now been in contact with the supplier and received information that they do not have any information to share regarding the concentration of retinol in the new Skin Renewing. However, there is encapsulated retinol in the product and it has been tested on sensitive skin, so if you are a new retinol user, the Skin Renewing retinol serum is perfect to start with. It also contains Cerave's unique ceramides and hyaluronic acid, which helps to strengthen the skin barrier and hydrate. I hope you will enjoy it if you try it and that you have a super nice day🌞🍂
