Effective serum
I got the serum to test through Smartson. Generally, serums containing retinol have dried my skin out a lot during first use, and that's why I haven't bothered to use them very often. However, this Cerave serum was quite gentle on the skin and didn't dry it out much. The pump bottle is economical and easy to use. The serum absorbs into the skin pleasantly quickly. Really lovely retinol serum! The product spreads and absorbs well and leaves the skin feeling really hydrated. Lightweight texture and fragrance-free, which is a plus. Perfect before night cream

I have been a little cautious, but not using it too much so my skin wouldn't start to flake like it sometimes has from certain retinol products, but this one has worked really well. I used it every third night, then every other night the last week. Mild but effective C-vitamin for sensitive skin
