    I don't think this product removed makeup well. It feels light on the skin, but especially the eye makeup stays well after cleansing. Also strange to leave the cleanser on the skin without using water when it’s supposed to remove makeup. I felt the need to rinse off. Additionally, I think it has a scent that is a bit "old lady"-like.

Micellar water is designed to be used without water, but it is absolutely fine to rinse off if that feels better for you. When it comes to eye makeup, especially if it is waterproof, sometimes a dedicated eye makeup remover is necessary first to get it all off. You also mention the scent, and I completely understand. The experience of smell is very individual, and it is important that you enjoy the products you use. Please let me know if you want tips for an alternative that might suit you better.
