Dry!
I had expectations for this. I usually buy Estee Lauder. This one was on special price and I wanted to try it. You can apply it ONCE on the lashes and then it dries in, and everything beyond the first coat clumps and is dry. Really bad and I will be returning it.12 views- The comment was made 1 weekMoreover, you make it very difficult to submit a complaint, I haven't found COMPLAINT anywhere!! And I did it via email, but I assume you "can't" handle it then 👎

The best mascara for MY lashes!
I have found the best mascara for my lashes, I am lucky to have long lashes, but not full ones. This one makes my lashes look fuller! I've been using it for almost 8 years, have tried others in between, but always come back to this one.1025 views- The comment was made 11 monthsOn my lashes it works, but I can't guarantee it will work on your lashes. Clarins has a waterproof mascara that I can recommend. Wonder perfect mascara 4D Waterproof.
