      Hey Sara 💫 Thank you for reaching out and for letting us know. We completely understand that this can be frustrating. Regarding the gift with purchase, the conditions of the campaign must be met for the gift to be added. In this case, the offer applies when purchasing two separate Kérastase products. A package/set unfortunately counts as one item, even if it contains multiple products, and therefore will not trigger a gift with purchase. We completely agree that this should have been communicated more clearly, so thank you very much for the feedback – we will take it with us to improve 💛 Have a lovely day ahead!
