Very effective against perioral dermatitis and impurities/acne
I don't use this cleanser every day, but in periods as needed. It makes the skin quite dry (contains sulfur which has been shown to be effective against perioral dermatitis). I found that it's important to take your time when applying the product to the face - massage it in for at least 1 minute. At times with larger PD outbreaks, I've applied a thin layer and left it on overnight. It can also be used as a «spot-treatment» for PD or acne! I was actually going to buy the Elixir SOS paste cream, but it was sold out. Then I found this one, and I think it does the job. I also combine it with Roche-Posay Rosaliac Cleansing Gel to avoid getting too dry if I use it over time. It's the one I usually use, but I use this one in periods. I can absolutely recommend it. Just ordered a new one. But be careful! I do not recommend using this regularly, as it can dry out the skin which may lead to redness/irritation and small bumps on the skin.
