I bought this product about 2 weeks ago and have been using it in the evenings
Before, I had Leonites serum which worked perfectly at first, but then my lashes started falling out
I then wanted to try Sweeds but have noticed that I've started to get a red edge along the lash line and that my blood vessels have become clearer?
Could this be due to the lash serum and should I stop then?

That doesn't sound fun at all, and thank you for sharingđ€
The redness and the more prominent blood vessels may very well be due to the serum, even though it is prostaglandin-free, there could be some ingredient in it that your skin doesn't like.
I therefore recommend stopping the use of the serum for a while to see if your skin calms down. If you want to continue with eyelash serum in the future, choose a very mild option and apply carefully, patch test on a small area first and only on the lash roots, without getting serum on the skin or in the eye.
