    Doesn't lather?

    Is there something wrong with my product? It doesn't lather at all, it's like washing my face with hand cream. Followed the instructions on the packaging.

Cetaphil Hydrating Foaming Cream Cleanser is gentle and moisturizing, so it doesn't lather as much as regular cleansing products – that's normal and it still cleanses gently.
