    Changed formula - New worse product

    I have used this shampoo for years and have not found anything better. After the new formula, the shampoo is unusable. It is less concentrated, makes my scalp itch, and doesn't clean properly. It is a completely different product, which becomes clear when comparing the ingredient lists.
