Flaking from the cream
Hi! The cream has worked well against perioral dermatitis, but there is extreme flaking in the area where the cream is applied. I have now started using a thick moisturizer underneath to try to improve it, but it didn’t help much. Since you’ve already tried a thicker moisturizer, I would actually avoid applying even more or heavier cream over the area, as very greasy products can worsen perioral dermatitis.
