Bleached and Damaged Hair
Hey, I have dark hair (Middle East) and have bleached my hair to blonde for a couple of years. My hair has lost its shine and is extremely dry and damaged. Would this be a good line for my hair since I’m currently using the light blue line from Kerastase?
