From loco aunt to sexy lady
After showering, I usually spray some leave-in product that makes the hair easier to brush, provides heat protection, and gives a nice shine. Then I brush it and I’m ready for the day. In my new routine, I use both shampoo and mask (conditioner) from the Kérastase Gloss Absolu glaze series. On towel-dried hair, I first spray a little leave-in treatment, then I apply Kérastase Gloss Absolu Frizz-Glaze Cream after brushing my hair once, and then I brush through my hair one last time. This has really worked wonders for my hair! It’s calmer, not frizzy at all like before, and looks much healthier and shinier. I can’t stop looking at myself in the mirror when I see my beautiful hair. It really shines and feels sooooo good. Highly recommend this series! Softer than cotton
When one of my friends tried to convince me to try Kérastase shampoo and conditioner as if it were God's gift to women's hair, I replied, "Come on. You're exaggerating!" Then Kérastase appeared on Smartson where you can be selected to test products for free. I signed up and suddenly received a package with the Kérastase Gloss Absolu Masque Crème kit. From the very first use about a month ago, my hair felt completely different. It was softer, more manageable, and looked healthier. The conditioner, or rather the mask in this series, really works wonders for the hair. Already when rinsing it out in the shower, the hair looks like silk. When dry, it lays nicely and doesn't get frizzy and fluffy like it used to with other products. The price tag is on the higher side, but it's definitely worth it! The product is concentrated and you get far even with a small amount. The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson – the tester got to try the product for free. Hair feels so clean, for several days!
I have probably tried all kinds of shampoo. Head and Shoulders, Elvital, Ida Warg, Matrix Biolage, Aussie, Björn Axén, etc. The list is long. However, I had never tried Kerastase until now. Let me start by saying, I am so impressed with Kérastase Gloss Absolu! Never have I experienced a shampoo that makes my hair feel so clean, look silky, and not be frizzy. And I didn’t use more than a small dollop of shampoo each time. About the size of a 10-krona coin. And of course, double shampooing. Also, the hair felt clean longer than usual. I’m not joking when I say the hair felt clean for at least 3 days. And I’m still someone who easily gets warm and sweaty. Despite a slightly higher price than I usually want to pay for a shampoo, I think I will return to Kérastase when my bottle is empty. Doesn't really impress me
I usually have a hard time with small brushes that have "spikes" and aren't like a regular mascara brush, but I thought the Telescopic Extensionist might be the one to turn the tide. Unfortunately, this mascara didn't impress me. The brush is a typical silicone brush with small "spikes". It should probably be curved to follow the shape of the lashes, but mine was quite straight, and I found it difficult to reach all the lashes with it. The mascara is marketed as clump-free and not flaking. Unfortunately, I experienced both clumps and it falling onto my cheek during the day. I can absolutely use it for everyday wear, but I won't use it for any events or when I want to look a bit nicer.
