Lots of color and volume! Doesn’t clump
I received this mascara in exchange for an honest review! I’ve been lucky with my eyelashes; they’re already quite thick and long, so volume mascara is rarely what I go for. I usually opt for a mascara that focuses more on length and definition. The problem then is that the mascara takes an incredibly long time! Because I have to build up the effect slowly and carefully. That’s why volume mascara probably works better for me in everyday life. With this one, it takes at most a minute per eye to get the result I like. The color is dark even though the mascara isn’t black, but I think the brown color really makes it feel more natural. The downside is that it can get a bit clumpy, but not as much as some other volume mascaras I’ve had. So on that front, I still feel the clumps aren’t a big problem. As long as you know when to stop (as with all volume mascaras), you can also avoid it getting messy and giving a “spider leg” vibe. In the picture, I applied two fairly thin coats and in my opinion, it didn’t look too thick. I’ve used the mascara several times and haven’t gotten “spider” mascara, so on that front, this one gets a thumbs up from me. I think I would have preferred a bit more length from this one, but I really appreciate how quickly I get a visible result. I like the shape of the brush, easy to use without poking the eye! Soft and effective
I got to try this brush for free in exchange for an honest review! For me, eyeshadow is the most fun part of makeup, and since I always use different palettes and colors, I wash my brushes after every use. That’s why they wear out within a few years and become “sharp” against the eyelid and need to be replaced. So I really appreciate a new, soft brush! I’ve used the brush a few times now to apply a light, bright base and to blend the eyeshadow, and for the latter it’s really good. It feels soft against the eyelid but still has firmness to its shape. So the bristles don’t spread out during use. That’s why the rounded tip blends the eyeshadow really well, I think. It feels and looks really good, and especially with the price I can only recommend it! Much better than foot cream!
So I had managed to buy a foot cream (which was placed among face creams??) at a pharmacy. Disaster, of course. To avoid wasting it, I tried using it for a couple of weeks. My almost problem-free skin became spotty and felt greasy all the time. And my face smelled like mint. Eventually, I gave up and bought this one. Especially in contrast, it felt magical. Where the mint had been, it is now fragrance-free. Instead of a greasy feeling, this one quickly settled on the skin and dried so you didn’t have to think about it. The packaging is also so nice; for me, it’s important that I feel happy when I see the packaging. And the gel consistency is so refreshing! This feels perfect for those with normal skin who just want to moisturize a little after showering. And for us who don’t want foot cream on our face. What kind of brush is good for this?
I have this and love it! The color is very pretty, but right now I'm only applying with my fingers and it's quite hard to get it nice... None of my brushes feel good for this either! Is there any kind of brush or sponge or something that might work well here?
